Venue Reservations

The Community Foundation of Abilene is pleased to open our building and offer local nonprofit charitable organizations free use of our meeting rooms.

The facility is intended first to support the Foundation's ongoing work and then to support our partner organizations.

To make your request, please complete the form below. Completing the online request form does not guarantee your reservation.

Board Room

Size

Accommodates up to 18 chairs around the board table and six chairs at surrounding tables.
 

Technology

Use of the single external display is available for meeting presentations. 

Community Room

Size

Accommodates about 50 to 60 comfortably, depending on layout. Round dining and tall cocktail tables are available for use.


Technology

Use of the dual external displays are available for meeting presentations.

Our venues can be used in accordance with our rental policies. The reserving organization is responsible for setup, coordination of any technology, breakdown and cleanup.
