Important Dates
The Foundation’s scholarship application follows the academic school year.
The application process begins on November 1, when online applications open.
The online application must be submitted by March 1 of the following year, and in May, scholarship awards are announced.
Scholarship award payments are sent directly to the educational institutions in August (fall semester) and, if applicable, in January (spring semester).

• Online scholarship application opens
March 1
• Deadline for all scholarships
March 1 – April 30
• Completed applications are evaluated and scored
May 1 – 31
• Email notifications of scholarship awards begin
• Depending on the specific scholarship selection committee, award notifications may occur as early as April and run through August
June 1 – October 1
• Scholarship awards can be accepted via the online portal (acceptance details and instructions are emailed)
Failure to accept the scholarship award through the online portal by October 1 results in a forfeiture.
October 1
• Final deadline to accept scholarship awards
December 1 – January 31
• Required follow-up renewal forms for spring awards should be submitted
