“Bloom” is the annual fundraising banquet held every spring by Pregnancy Resources of Abilene. It is an opportunity to look inside the organization, learn how they serve this community, and catch the vision for the years to come. As the nonprofit celebrates its 40-year anniversary, they are thrilled to have Nicole C. Mullen this year!
