The Community Foundation of Abilene’s Investment Committee:

• Develops investment policies and investment portfolio strategies
• Establishes asset allocation models and provides investment oversight
• Invests all Foundation liquid assets, including endowed funds and pass-through gifts.  
• Regularly reviews investment performance to assure compliance with the investment policy as adopted by the Board of Trustees.
